Customized Business Plans for Startups and Existing Fitness Centers One of the most common questions asked of any entrepreneur starting a business is, "Where is your business plan?" Meet the expectations of professional investors and lenders with ease - We assist entrepreneurs and business owners in preparing plans to present their business concepts to investors, lenders and other strategic parties. Our team of consulting professionals facilitates a comprehensive business planning process that results in a well-organized, powerfully written and fully customized business plan. Our goal with each start-up and early stage client is to create a clear, concise and compelling business plan. To help achieve this goal we developed our innovative "Stakeholder Approach" to business planning. This approach relies upon the active involvement of the entrepreneurs and business owners in high-level strategy and question/answer sessions, assumption-building exercises and an organizing/writing/editing process. This approach includes detailed conferences with you or your team and will help: 1. Clarify and strengthen your company's business model 2. Identify and explain your market opportunity, and your company's role in that market 3. Brainstorm and outline clear business objectives and milestones 4. Identify and develop appropriate business strategies for growth 5. Explain complex technologies and concepts in clear and concise terms 6. Enhance and expand your revenue and financial model Through this process, we ensure that your business plan will powerfully present the ideas and strategies your team has discussed, systematically questioned and agreed upon. We also examine your business from an unbiased and experienced perspective -providing valuable recommendations to help move you closer to your business, financing and strategic goals. We believe that writing your business plan is a collaborative process. We spend an appropriate amount of time with you, via telephone and email, during the development process. This provides us with the information we need to create your plan, and provides you with the in-depth understanding required to fully explain the plan to an investor or loan officer. We begin with developing a full financial plan that projects your company's revenues for three years. The financial plan includes a Sales Forecast, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow, and Memberships goals. This financial information forecasts whether your venture will be profitable, and if you can repay bank loans and investor financing. During the development process, you'll receive updates of the plan in Adobe Acrobat format, via email, for your approval. When your business plan is complete you'll receive the plan as a Word document via email, along with a full-color, bound copy of the plan and a CD-ROM containing the Word file via regular mail. After your plan is complete, we have an ongoing consulting program available, to answer any questions you may have about moving your business forward.
